    Steps to Login

    By Courier you would receive a pin mailers from Karnataka Bank

    a) Internet Banking User id,
    b) Login password and Transaction password
    .

    Ensure that the pin mailers arrive in a sealed condition, else please contact our 24 hour Customer Care Centre , on toll free number 1800 425 1444
    Key in the MoneyClick retail user id and password on the website and press only once on sign in. Double click on sign in will logout you from MoneyClick.
    If you are login into MoneyClick first time then system will prompt you to for change in passwords. Please enter the login and transaction password found in pin mailer , type in your new passwords.
    Your password must be atleast 6 characters.
    We strongly recommend you to change both transaction and login password.
    Passwords are case sensitive.
    Your MoneyClick internet banking account is locked in case of 5 wrong tries on entering user id and password.
    Always log out of karnatakabank.com when you have finished your activities. Also , for safety always close the browser session.

    Karnataka Bank , MoneyClick Internet Banking uses the sophisticated multi layered architecture with digital certification from Verisign and 128 bit encryption facility to ensure high security of your online transactions and confidentiality of your data.
    However, the following information is provided as a guide to assist you in protecting the information on your computer. It is not an exhaustive list and is intended for information purposes only.
    You need to enter your MoneyClick Internet Banking User id and password each time you access your internet banking account. Since your access is protected by this password it is very important that you protect your password, by making it known ONLY to you. Basic Security for Internet Banking useage is Confidentiality of your password.
    The system prompts you to change the password on first time login. We recommend that you change both login and transaction password.
    Your password must be atleast 6 characters.Passwords are case sensitive. Login password will be prompted to change once in every 90 days and transaction password will expire in 30 days.
    Do not use your name, your date of birth, telephone number, address, your name or the name of a friend or relative in your password.
    Your internet banking account is locked in case of 5 wrong tries on entering user id and password.
    Passwords are case sensitive.
    Change your password regularly.
    Ensure that you are not observed by anyone arrround you while entering the password.
    Never leave your computer unattended while you are logged in to MoneyClick Internet Banking. If your login session is kept idle for 3 minutes , system will logout from application automatically.
    Always Logoff from Internet Banking upon completion of your session. Use the Log out button for closing the session. Invariably close the browser window for better security.
    MoneyClick automatically Disables the option on browsers for storing user names and passwords.
    Please change your Internet Banking password regularly.
    Your password must be a combination of alphabets, numerals and special characters.
